Q: Will I be notified when my order has been delivered?
A: Yes you will! You will receive an email confirmation once our couriers have successfully delivered your order. Don't see it? Make sure to check your junk mail. If you have any questions please email us at orders@wildnorthflowers.com
Q: Can I place an order for pick up?
A: Yes, definitely! Please place your order online and select "Store Pick Up". As our downtown studio is a private space with lots going on, we will need to know the time you'll be coming by to pick up your floral arrangement so we can have it ready for you, and it will need to be paid for prior to pick up. Our pick up window is between 9:30am-5:15pm Monday to Saturday. The studio address is: 135 Tecumseth Street, Unit 6, Toronto, ON, M6J 2H2.
Q: Do you know when my delivery will arrive?
A: Because our couriers operate within a delivery-window we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or have an accurate idea of when exactly the deliveries will arrive each day. If the delivery is going to a business it is guaranteed to arrive before 5:00pm; to residential addresses we guarantee delivery before 6:30pm.

Q: When do you deliver? Do you deliver on public holidays?
A: We deliver Monday to Saturday, every week. We do not deliver on statutory holidays. At check out, you will see all available delivery dates.
Q: Can I request a delivery at a specific time?
A: Our couriers create their delivery plan based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route each day. Because of this they cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for individual orders.
If you need your floral delivery before a certain time, please get in touch and we will try to make it work! Additional charges will apply.
Q: Can you deliver first thing in the morning?
A: Unless previously arranged via email, we cannot gaurentee your order is delivered first thing in the morning.
Q: Will you call the recipient to arrange for a delivery date?
A: We operate under the assumption that most orders are a surprise! We require that the sender chooses the delivery date for their recipient. It is only under special circumstance that we will get in touch with the recipient before a delivery is made.
Q: Will you call ahead to ensure the recipient is home before you deliver?
A: Due to the high volume of deliveries and the complicated nature of timed delivery in the GTA, we are unable to call ahead to coordinate timing with the recipient. Our couriers will call the recipient only if there is no answer at the door. If you do require us to call ahead and coordinate a delivery time, additional charges will apply, as this is considered a "timed" delivery.
Q: How does delivery work for A La Carte Wedding & Event orders?
Delivery is made by our trusted couriers and is available to all the same locations as our retail orders. The prices are NOT the same as listed on the retail map. The delivery price will automatically be calculated at checkout, and will be determined based on your order size and value, delivery date and location. When checking out online, you can select “Pick-Up” or "Wedding & Event Delivery" for all items from our A La Carte Wedding Collection. (Your cart cannot include items that are not part of our A La Carte Collections.)
