A La Carte Contract for Services

Please read the terms below before placing an order from our A La Carte collection.

By placing an order with us, you will be agreeing to these terms.

Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting this contract, I, the client, am confirming my understanding that Wild North Flowers will design my florals based on the preferred colour palette and available flowers that week. Since Wild North Flowers designs arrangements using the freshest flowers available each day, we cannot guarantee any specific flower type will be included upon request. This “A La Carte” service is a simplified process that allows Wild North Flowers to create beautiful designs while offering wedding and event florals at a lower price point due to less administrative time. Therefore phone or in-person consultations are not included with this option.

2. I, the client, will pick up this order unless delivery has been arranged with Wild North Flowers. For pick up, the client must ensure that the flowers are picked up in a vehicle with adequate space and air conditioning. For delivery, the client is responsible for ensuring a recipient is available at the time of delivery. This order does not include an on-site setup by any Wild North staff or couriers unless discussed and agreed upon by the Wild North Team prior to delivery.

3. For any changes to the original order, I, the client, understand that I must reach out at least six days before the event date and that any balance must be paid in order to confirm the modification.

Refund Policy: There is a 15% non-refundable fee should the client wish to cancel the order after confirmation of this contract. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations made between 29 to 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
