Please Note: Only items from our Valentine’s Collection will be available for delivery or studio pick-up on February 13th and 14th.
What time will be flowers be delivered? Our delivery window on February 13th & 14th is 9am to 7pm (by 5:00pm for business addresses). Due to the extremely high volume of orders, there will be no guarantee on timed delivery requests.
Can I pre-order online for pickup? And select a pick-up time? Yes! You can select “Store Pick-Up” when ordering online and pick your desired time slot. We will have your order wrapped and ready for you when you arrive! Pick-up hours for Valentine's Week are between 8:30am and 6pm.
Where are you located? Our *PRIVATE STUDIO* is at 135 Tecumseth Street, Unit 6, Toronto, M6J 2H2. Just beside 135 Tecumseth is a laneway named "Nanak". Walk all the way down to Unit 6 and ring the bell.
Can I come into your store to shop and order? No, as we do not have a retail storefront. All orders need to be pre-ordered online please.
