WNF x DISTRICT 28 OPEN HOUSE
What do we love about D28? It is designed for the perfect cool, sophisticated, artful, and laid back city wedding. Its located in the quaint Leslieville, an easy place for any out of towner or city dweller to access. Its ceremony space is TO DIE FOR. 360 infinity walls that reach to the ceiling and a reception area that gives you factory windows, an instagrammable dance floor area, string lights, and a totally blank canvas. It is so easy to transform this space and it will provide you with STUNNING photos every time...
WNF X WEDDING BELLS MAG
It's that time of year again! The Wedding Bells annual trend forecast came in hot with florals we can really get behind. We were honoured to be asked to do the pampas grass feature.
WNF X PERONI
We celebrated the new year by helping bring some NYE spirit to Peroni's artificial green wall at the Royal Ontario Museum. Peroni asked us to use all white, so we jazzed it up with a little bit of white spray-painted asparagus fern.
WILD NORTH x MOXIES
When Moxies called us to spruce up their artificial green wall we jumped, flowers in hand. It was a tight 24hours from our first call with Moxies to the end of our instal.
WILD NORTH X RW&CO
We loved floral styling RW&CO's spring preview. We jumped right past winter and headed into spring with this lush floral install. We made a custom palette to accentuate the line's palette. We included lots of brilliant delphinium, my absolute favourite lilac roses, plenty of double tulips, mums, hellebore, ranunculus and eucalyptus - creating a juicy palette of scarlets, reds, peach, and soft lilac. Here's to more daring palettes like this one!
WILD NORTH x HUDSON'S BAY
Sometimes Christmas can be overwhelming for florists. From the impossible palette of red and white to the need for the product to last for weeks to the high level of kitsch... But we have learned that there are always ways to make Christmas cool.
Nature and Me
We always use 100% locally-grown flowers, but this project forced us to consider our materials even more intensely. The pivotal design request was to only use plants that were native to Canada.
Kooky Brides
Just before the peak of wedding season had begun this year we joined forces with an uber-talented team of creatives to collaborate on "Kooky Brides" - a bridal shoot that pushed beyond the restrictions of a classic wedding shoot and simultaneously worked to celebrate 6 iconic looks.
POWERBALL
The Power Plant is one of my favourite galleries in Toronto, so naturally I was ecstatic when they asked us to come on board.
NIKE BRAHAUS
We brought a "Meadow Scape" to Nike's BRAHAUS window for the week. I had just recently gotten back from a trip to Iceland which exploded my brain visually. We used amaranthus, cosmos and moss, LOTS AND LOTS of moss, to create a custom Icelandic meadow scape.
